Hospice Volunteer Guide

This year marks my tenth year as a Volunteer for Hosparus Health. Honestly can't believe it's been a decade. When I first signed up, I wasn't sure how hospice work would fit into my already demanding schedule. It has truly been one of the most rewarding aspects of my entire career. I’ve volunteered for a variety of opportunities over the years and that has been a blessing in many ways. My favorite has been dressing up as an elf for the Kourageous Kids Holiday Party!

After ten years of navigating these situations, I created a resource guide for funeral professionals interested in becoming a hospice volunteer. Funeral professionals don't volunteer for marketing purposes. They volunteer because they’re called to ease suffering.
